Alarm Direct is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team located in Montreal, Quebec.

Your position will provide experience primarily in Recruitment, Selection, Administration, Training and Development.
- **What You Do**_
- Assistance with job postings for all our open roles to the job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc)
- Responding to employee inquiries (i.e. time off balances), efficiently documenting employee files, etc
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Must be enrolled in post-secondary institution pursuing a Human Resources Management diploma or degree requiring placement or co-op hours to complete the program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (french and english)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Be a quick learner and self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $14.25-$19.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
