Kids Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kids Coach to join our team. As a Kids Coach, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children while teaching them valuable skills and promoting their physical and mental development. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games for children
- Teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lessons to children of various skill levels
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to promote confidence and self-esteem
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a cohesive team environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching role
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities for children
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Previous Jiu-Jitsu coaching experience preferred
- Criminal record check and references required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
