**Summary**:
The Service Desk Administrator is responsible for administering service desk requests and resolving all single desktop issues as well as select multi-use issues.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the service desk office
- Provide phone support via the service desk hotline
- Support Microsoft Office 365 Products (Skype for Business, Ms Teams, SharePoint, Office)
- Active Directory user account management
- Installation and configuration of desktop software
- Cisco VPN user administration
- Asset Management Coordinator - work with the current systems to keep an accurate record of I.T assets
- Order I.T supplies - computers, toner, printers, and accessories
- Build images for new client machines
- Software Build and configure client machine for new and existing users.
- Phone system user setup
- SQL Server administrator
- Exchange Online administrator
- Vmware Administrator
- Data Backup administrator: use existing data back-ups to restore user files as requested
- Mobile phone support:
