We are looking for experienced District Supervisors who will be responsible for 3-6 stores.

District Supervisor

Task description:
Respect the uniformity of each store with the standards of Michael Rossy Ltd.

Responsible for the execution of merchandising activities

Supervise and be physically involved in the execution of the marketing
- Supervise the recruitment and hiring process of staff
- Responsible for sales targets and inventory management
- Perform weekly rounds for each of the supervised stores

Responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of commercial buildings

Job requirements:

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- At least 5 years of retail experience
- Ability to multi-task

Basic computer knowledge
- Bilingualism (English and French) for certain regions only
- Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid driver's license

Regions: Nova Scotia
