**All positions within GHHS require**:

- Experience in long term care setting
- Diploma & CNO
- Vulnerable Sector Check and 2 step TB or Chest x-ray within 6 months
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID passport with QR showing at least 3 doses of the vaccine
- Current N95 and CPR certificates
- Articles of Incorporation preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
