The responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator position include data entry of customer orders, responding to calls/electronic inquiries and other clerical tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Date entry of client requests
- Assist with answering questions over the phone
- Review and confirm assignment details
- Engage with clients, collect information and respond as required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
