Preventous Cosmetic Medicine and Collaborative Health is growing, and we are **looking for an enthusiastic professional Consultation Specialist** to join our dynamic team who will support us in driving our mission to help people live healthy lives by aging well, and living confidently in their skin.

We are looking for a multi-talented Consultation Specialist/Patient Coordinator who understands the power of customer relations to drive and grow brand value. They know how to work in a fast-paced environment both collaboratively and on his/her own, and are excited to take on a challenging role that includes a variety of patient coordination and customer service tasks.
**Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2-10 years in the Medical Aesthetic or Cosmetic/MedSpa business, with experience in sales and a passion for aging well inside and out.**

ABOUT THE ROLE
After Reception, you will be the first point of contact for patients at our newly-renovated 17th Avenue location. While some of your tasks will include things such as bookings, follow-up recalls, and medical-grade skincare sales, **your main responsibility is to deliver an exceptional consultation experience to new patients**: a warm yet professional welcome, genuine curiosity and undivided attention to their concerns, a thorough review of treatment options, and a smooth, accurate, timely delivery of their quote. **As the first person in the team who spends one hour with the patients, you play a key role in bringing the Preventous values to life** by helping clients understand and appreciate the Preventous approach to healthy aging, as well as credentialing the providers in your team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Providing clients with their first experience at Preventous, through a thorough primary consultation to assess needs and goals.
- Working with our physicians and nurse practitioners to create an appropriate, and realistic treatment plan.
- Creating a detailed quote sheet and ensuring it is sent to the client in a timely manner.
- Following up after initial consultations, and being a reliable point of contact between consultation and treatment.
- Following up after their first treatment has been completed, to ensure that the experience met Preventous standards and that any concerns are addressed.
- Acquire an exceptional knowledge of the treatments and skincare products offered at Preventous (training is provided), in order to confidently recommend them to clients.
- Recalls - reaching out to patients who have not returned after their consultation, or have not returned for an extended period of time.
- Be compliant with the highest standards of safety and patient care.
- Actively participate in training (skincare, makeup, treatments) and group discussions.
- Maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance in uniform.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Minimum **2 years in a patient-facing role in the medical aesthetic industry**. Bonus points for experience in a consultation role for medical aesthetic treatments.
- **"People person" with common sense, high emotional intelligence**, and the ability to think on your feet in order to ensure the smoothest experience for our patients.
- **Energetic and enthusiastic**, someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team and contribute to the growth of Preventous.
- Knowledge of medical-grade ingredients and experience selling medical-grade skincare products
- A clear understanding of the path-to-purchase process for medical aesthetic patients, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for conversion without coming across as “pushy” or “sales-y”
