**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize areas as needed
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests when needed
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings by arranging chairs, tables, and other equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Sort recycling into proper recepticles and call when needing pickup

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive movements
- Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
