**Position Title**: Customer Service Clerk Supervisor (62023)

Our company and all staff are committed to bring the most professional and high-quality travel services to all customers.

As we are enriching our tour products and have experienced high increase of customers’ enquiries and requests to book, change and cancel travel packages and flight tickets etc, we have hired employees to work in the customer service team. To better organize the customer service work and provide high-efficient customer service, we now need a customer service supervisor who has experience in supervising and mentoring the customer service staffs and providing appropriate training to the team members. The supervisor will also perform some tasks such as customer service, ensure operation smoothly and coordinate with other staffs in other departments.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback to team members
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Review the work of team members to ensure the good customer service procedures and executed and all correspondence are responded.
- Resolves difficult customer situations
- Communicates team concerns to the Director.
- Fosters and encourages a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs and directs team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; responds promptly to customer needs and questions.
- Ensure sufficient work materials and supplies, and professional content on posters.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years related work experienced in customer service and knowledge in orientation etc.
- Post-secondary education in a professional discipline pertinent to the job function combined with relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to establish effective customer service excellence in a service-oriented environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, through phone, in-person and written interactions.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $18-$22 per hour based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00pm
- Employment Type: Permanent and full time
- Work location: Bedford, NS
