Pharmacy Assistant

We are a community retail pharmacy that has been serving our community for over 70 years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-service oriented pharmacy assistant to work part-time in the dispensary. Will need to be able to operate a cash register system, training will be provided.

Must be detail orientated and able to focus at the task on hand. Must be able to work well in a team environment and comfortable with computer work.

Duties include but not limited to:

- blister packing medications
- data entry, counting medication, prescription filing and organizing
- inventory management
- answering phone calls and dealing with customers
- helping with the general up keep of the dispensary area

Experience with PharmaclikRx or Nexxsys would be an asset but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Must be able to work some Saturdays as needed and available to work until 6pm.

Store hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Saturday 9am to 4:30pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Lincoln, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
