**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical function and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with medical standards.

- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support during rehabilitation.
- Proficient in pain management techniques to help alleviate discomfort for patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $120.00-$200.00 per hour
