Netting Supervisor

**PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION**

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the fabrication of products and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage and supervise the installation of products to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing the workflow and training new hires on how to install products.
- Ensure internal and client processes and procedures are upheld and followed.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience working in fabrication, construction, mining, industrial, or related field.
- Background working as an industrial mechanic or similar role is a considerable asset.
- Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core is a considerable asset.
- Proven experience as an effective leader.
- Advanced verbal and written communication.
- Expert knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Valid G-Class drivers license with reliable transportation.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Generally loud environment
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
- Protective Equipment is mandatory and includes steel-toed boots, a welding helmet, earplugs, and safety glasses.
- Prolong periods of sitting, standing, or kneeling
- Ability to work rotational work.
- Overtime may be required.
- Work on-call hours, evenings & weekends
- Travel may be required.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. may be required.
- Ability to work in all working conditions and weather conditions (in acceptance of safe work conditions)
