**About Our Opportunity**:
**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Facilitate excellent, client focused IT service delivery to executive partners in Government and Healthcare.
- Contributing to enabling conditions to support successful digital transformation initiatives for health care.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and act as a liaison for clients in the resolution of IT technology and service-related problems.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with internal and external participants and facilitate decision making with the business, departmental management, and external vendors (where appropriate).
- Maintain current awareness and knowledge of new software, best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Achieve understanding and buy-in for planned approaches and projects.
- Conduct research to establish best practices and recommend technology and service solutions.
- Present complex options with solution recommendations to clients.
- Complete the preparation and documentation of business requirements, business process definitions, workflow processes and data models, system specifications, and implementation plans.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience or graduation from a recognized Information Technology program plus 3 years and 6 months of experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

You will also have the following skills and/or work experience:

- Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver results and meet timelines.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
- Interpersonal and networking skills, with clients, staff, peers, and management; and
- Flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

**Other Considerations**:
This role could include on-call duties providing timely support to executive leadership during business hours.

**Salary Range**: $2,640.65 - $3,215.50 Bi-Weekly
