Office Clerk

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in computerized systems.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and working with computerized systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally.
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $14.31-$24.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
