We are currently seeking a **Valet - Team Lead** for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Team Lead is responsible for assisting management with the supervision of valet drivers, conducting and monitoring inspections of vehicles upon arrival, accurately inputting vehicle information into the ticket system and implementing contingency plans during peak times.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Coordinate the service experience for valet clientele while working alongside the valet attendants and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner; assist with doors and luggage
- Train new employees on valet department processes and procedures
- Handle critical customer, client and employee issues and make timely judgment calls as required
- Provide guidance to employees in the absence of Supervisors
- Maintain organization throughout the operation by delegating and managing responsibilities amongst the team
- Assist in directing traffic to keep the flow of cars consistent and organized
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place and adhered to
- Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and efficiently while adhering to traffic rules and road signs
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner to minimize potential for accidents and/or damage
- Support in creating a positive environment for customers and employees to enjoy
- Promote the importance of exceptional customer relations
- Clean and maintain equipment and the valet area to ensure a presentable and safe work environment
- Other duties as required and assigned

**Working Conditions**
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting
- Lifting up to 50lbs may be required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract**:

- Previous Team Lead/ Supervisor experience considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to clearly and efficiently communication both written and verbally
- Strong leadership skills are key in this role to achieve maximum productivity
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations

**Salary**: From $37,000.00 per year
