**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily station operations and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Train, recruit, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with pricing, and manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of station management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Experience in recruiting and training staff members is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
