BEL Contracting has a proven track record of successfully completing transportation and infrastructure projects for provincial, municipal, and private sector clients. Our team of skilled and experienced professionals deliver quality work while focusing on safety, efficiency, schedule, and budget.

We are looking for new team members to fill Earthworks Foreperson position for exciting Infrastructure projects in and around the Lower Mainland (Vancouver Area) of BC. There is no camp work / live out (LOA) available at this time.
- 5+ years as a Earthworks foreman and 10+ years of civil construction industry knowledge
- Experience leading crews in heavy earthworks, road building and bulk hauling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to provide clear instructions to the crew
- Able to maintain daily records including crew and equipment time, productions and summary of activity on site
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment; ability to manage Heavy Equipment Operators; experience with excavators and dozers
- Solid understanding of grades and embankment fills
- Works with the project superintendent to plan ahead and ensure materials and resources are in place ahead of the work
- Knowledge of GPS Systems is an asset
- Experience using Bid2Win (B2W) is an asset
