**Position Title**: Bookkeeper

**Reports To**: President

**Position Summary**:

- General bookkeeping knowledge.
- Prepare semi-monthly payroll.
- Invoicing clients, reporting, collecting & follow up.
- Enter all vendor invoices, ensure proper payment.
- Monitoring and keeping organized a volume of recurring credit card transactions, as well as reconciling and reporting for multiple credit cards.
- Open mail, sort, distribute.
- Banking.
- Miscellaneous duties provided by leadership.

**Employment Requirements**:

- Full time
- Onsite
- 5+ years of bookkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with Wagepoint - preferred.
- Knowledge with cross-border company, multiple related companies & intercompany transactions.
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills for both hard copies and digital files.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Honesty, integrity & consistency.

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping
- Accounting
- Payroll
- Excel, able to format reports, make subtotals & filters

Full time, in office position

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
