**Responsibilities**:

- Edit a variety of video content including commercial work, promotional videos, YouTube content, and highly engaging reels for social media platforms.
- Work efficiently in video editing software such as FCPX, Adobe Premiere, or Davinci Resolve.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations using After Effects, including 3D motion tracking.
- Implement modern sound design techniques to enhance the quality of videos.
- Participate in concept development, adhering to clients' style preferences while injecting personal creativity.
- Collaborate with team members, attending weekly team meetings to ensure a cohesive vision.
- Provide accurate time estimates for project completion, adhering strictly to deadlines set.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in FCPX, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- Understanding of modern sound design and ability to mix audio to enhance video quality.
- Knowledge of color grading is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to provide accurate estimates and meet deadlines.
- Availability of 15-25 hours per week with flexibility based on project needs.
- Option to work remotely or on-site in St. Catharines.

Compensation:

- Contract position paid on a per-project basis, with compensation reflective of skill level and project demands.
- Estimated 1-3 projects simultaneously, requiring 2-10 hours each, depending on complexity.
