- If you have completed an approved Mortgage Agent education program for a Mortgage Agent Level 1 licence (for level 1)
- If you have already been licensed as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 for at least 12 months over the last 24 months (for level 2)
- If you have completed an approved Mortgage Agent education program for a Mortgage Agent Level 1 licence (for level 2)
- If you are good at conveying financial terms in customer-friendly language
- If you excel at communicating effectively
- If you are passionate about helping people
- If you have a proven track record ensuring compliance with industry regulations
