**The Company/Job**:
At Frontier Blade Solutions we are a dedicated owner operated service company. Our team specializes in inspection, repair and maintenance of wind turbine blades.
- Travel technician position with Per-Diem/LOA compensation
- Minimum 40 hours a week guarantee.
- 5 weeks on 1 week of the rotation, and flexible to accommodate workers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working at heights/ability to climb 80 - 100m
- Performs basic and intermediate-level wind turbine blade inspection, repair and maintenance tasks as assigned. This includes safe operation and the use of tools (grinders, sanders, heating blankets, pulley systems/mechanical advantage)
- Installing leading edge protection (LEP) on wind turbine blades
- Working a minimum of 40 hours per week in teams of three
- Rigging man baskets, inspecting gear, and reporting damages
- Follows procedures and work instructions to complete blade inspection and repair tasks.
- Working with fiberglass, epoxy resins systems, and other composite materials
- Understanding of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
- Ability to lift to 25kg(55lbs)
- Understanding safety when working at heights

**Requirements/Work Experience**
- Minimum of 1 year working in the wind turbine industry or graduated from a wind turbine technician program
- Experience in wind turbine blade repair and fiberglass an asset
- GWO training an asset
- Working at heights and rigging experience
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Physically fit and in good healthy
- Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Hold a current passport or able to obtain

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
