Network Sewer & Watermain, a COR certified Cambridge Based Heavy Construction Company, has been in business since 1994 with a primary focus on infrastructure & road works.

**We're looking for an experienced Dozer Operator who can**:
- Provide support to successful completion of construction and engineering work
- Operate all heavy equipment like earth movers, bulldozers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes and other related equipment.
- Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents and damage of property.
- Ensure and manage the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way.
- Perform periodical safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
- Perform minor repair works during functioning problems
- Inform and advise management or Fleet Manager for major repairs or maintenance
- Drive and control the equipment
- Perform road work, excavation work, lifting work, etc.
- Respond to signals and directions by the staff and work in coordination with them
- Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with the road and transport system while driving/working, so that the normal activities are not disrupted.
- Operate the equipment manually and also through the use of electronic or technical methods of operation.
- Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site or traffic laws.
- Complete & document daily vehicle/equipment inspections and report any defects or issues to their Foreman or Superintendent.
- Report to their Foreman or Superintendent for direction, tasking or assignments
- Perform other duties, as and when assigned

- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Work with a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the job
**Working Conditions**:
Our heavy equipment operators work irregular or odd hours in outdoor work sites during the peak of construction season. The work hours depend on the weather condition and may include weekend hours.
Our construction sector is typically seasonal, however Network Sewer and Watermain tries to provide employment year round to all Team Members by providing snow removal services in the winter, emergency sewer and watermain repair and other heavy construction projects that can occur during winter months.
