**Supply Chain Assistant (Summer Student)**
**Competition #: AH-2023-006**

**What will you get exposure to?**
- Maintaining contractual records, related documentation, and correspondence in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assisting with the development of manual and electronic quotation templates.
- Assisting with the development of agreement templates supporting commercial and operational work.
- Participating in quality control, quality assurance and editing of date; adhering to both client and internal quality requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting - compiling information, preparing reports and performing analysis.
- Maintaining a repository of all project related correspondence and documentation, with appropriate document control.
- Working cross functionally with Business Development, Marketing and Communications to ensure collaboration and success of all teams.
- Participate in the bidding and contract review process.

**What are the job requirements?**
- Enrolled in a Post-Secondary program; preference will be given to those studying Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, information management systems, and fast-paced digital navigation.
- Previous purchasing, shipping, receiving or administrative experience is an asset.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with active listening skills.
- Indigenous awareness education or knowledge is an asset.
- Successful clearance of comprehensive drug, alcohol, and audiometric testing.
- Class 5 driver’s licence and a 5-year driving abstract that demonstrates a pattern of safe driving behaviour.
- Adaptability to work flexible hours for special events.
