**Position Summary**

The Summer Student - Accounting role supports the Finance & Accounting team by entering data into an ERP system and other databases. Additionally, this role provides internal customer service to our finance team by providing filing and organization as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Cleanup in multiple ERP and Computer Systems
- Collecting information to update customer profiles in Procore from sales team and external sources
- Collecting information from vendors to assist with ensuring we have proper vendor agreement information
- Organizing and disposing of old finance documents in the offsite storage facility
- Assisting with Accounts Payable overflow in Concur
- Digital file archiving on the shared server drives
- Perform other duties as needed

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts with team members and customers in a constructive manner.
- Strong computer skills

**Experience**
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or construction industry software in a professional environment

**Other Requirements**
- Current Ontario Drivers License & clean driving record
