As a Banquets Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service during banquets, events, and special occasions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the banquet experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
Adhere to established recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency in drink quality.

Setup and breakdown of banquet bars, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.

**Customer Service**:
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Take orders, recommend drinks, and answer any questions guests may have about the beverage menu.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Verify the legal drinking age and refuse service to individuals who are underage or intoxicated

**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with other banquet staff, including servers, chefs, and event coordinators, to ensure seamless service.
Communicate effectively and coordinate efficiently to meet guest expectations.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, promptly reporting shortages or replenishment needs.
Assist in the procurement of supplies and the maintenance of accurate inventory records.

**Problem Resolution**:
Handle guest concerns or issues related to beverage service promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in addressing unexpected challenges during events.

**Qualifications**:
Extensive knowledge of beverages, mixing techniques, and presentation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
