Description du poste

Techo-Bloc recherche un analyste financier qui sera responsable de tout ce qui concerne l’analyse et la gestion des opérations comptables pour les entités du groupe. Les tâches de l’analyste financier se regroupent en **3 volets: analyses, activités récurrentes mensuelle et optimisation de processus**:

- Produire les états financiers consolidés de l’entreprise sur une base mensuelle;
- Participer activement au projet de migration du ERP:

- Valider que les processus mis en place sont adéquats à l’aide de tests complets
- S’assurer de la validité des données transférées d’un système à l’autre
- Participer au processus budgétaire annuel des différentes entités;
- Participer au processus d’audit de fin d’année;
- Produire des rapports semi-annuels sur la rentabilité des centres de distribution et sur les achats d’actifs;
- Participer à diverses analyses ainsi qu’à des mandats spéciaux requis tel que:

- Analyse de rentabilité et de faisabilité (ROI)
- Créer de nouveaux rapports ou KPI à l’aide d’outils tel quel Power BI
- Aider l’équipe de finance dans l’implantation de nouvelles solutions qui améliorent l’efficacité opérationnelle.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en administration, option comptabilité ou finance.
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, (en entreprise, un atout)
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier (un atout)
- Bilinguisme, oral et écrit (la connaissance de l’anglais est requise afin de pouvoir répondre à la clientèle et aux fournisseurs basés aux États-Unis et à l’extérieur du Québec).
- Avoir déjà travaillé avec un ERP (un atout).
- Bonne connaissance d’Excel.
- Excellente capacité d’analyse.
- Grand sens de l’organisation et respect des échéanciers.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à travailler dans un contexte d’évolution rapide et grande capacité d’adaptation.
