**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and resolve all Food and Beverage issues/concerns in a timely manner, providing resolutions, while providing superior customer service.
- Promote excellent employee relations through team work, commitment, trust, respect, courtesy, tact and friendliness.
- Attend and contribute to departmental management and staff meetings, while on call for any other special assignments.
- Conduct pre shift meetings, conveying required information and generating enthusiasm in order to run a smooth shift.
- Monitor daily activities of employees ensuring they are following SOP’s, while quality control and safety standards are being met.
- Delegate and coordinate last minute assignments.
- Prepare Daily Rosters, allocating job assignments for staff members, while following a set of guidelines.
- Perform visual quality control inspections of dish rooms, china & glass wares including cooking & cleaning tools to ensure that established standards of excellence relative to cleanliness are maintained.
- Monitor breaks of all KS staff working on your team.
- Maintain open communication with the Food and Beverage departments, following-up on requests in a timely manner.
- Clean, check and maintain all dish room and kitchen equipment to ensure proper working order. Conduct minor repairs and ensure safe storage is being followed for all wares & equipment.
- Create & submit all web work orders in a timely manner; record all equipment updates in daily shift log
- WHMIS; must maintain WHMIS certification and follow all WHMIS standards.
- Must be familiar with all Responsible Gaming regulations.
- Maintain all back of house areas such as garbage areas, kitchens, utilities, halls, bars and other service areas in a clean and safe manner.
- Comply with AGCO, Provincial and Casino Rama policies, procedures and regulations.
- Direct teams in the absence of a supervisor.
- Show accountability and follow through on commitments.
- Complete all work assignments and duties as outlined and meet deadlines as required.
- Implement direction given by Supervisors/Management and perform other duties as assigned.

**What You’ll Require**
- Must currently work as a Kitchen Utilities Attendant, with a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a lead/leadership role.
- Ability to make independent decisions pertaining to customer service and the smooth operation of the shift.
- Ability to conduct daily activities with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willing to continuously upgrade knowledge by enrolling in Casino Rama Resort courses and training sessions.
- Convey a positive and professional image of themselves and the organization.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, bend, and be exposed to heat, chemicals, noise, steam, odors and slippery floors continuously throughout an entire shift, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proven experience with cleaning supplies, chemicals and all Kitchen Services and Culinary cleaning/cooking equipment.
- Good working knowledge of health and safety regulations, safe storage of chemicals and tools and ensure all Kitchen Utility Attendants on shift are following these procedures.
- French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
