Maintenance Clerk

Prince Albert, Canada Lake Country Co-operative Ltd. Full time

**Reporting to Facilities Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:

- Responsible for completing assigned repairs, maintenance and minor construction tasks and carrying out planned maintenance program for the entire association
- Responsible for ensuring the properties operate in a clean and safe manner
- To operate all equipment /tools in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in facilities management and
- You have experience and/or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting and **overall general maintenance skills**:

- You have a strong knowledge and background in **carpentry**:

- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You are honest, trustworthy, are results orientated, and are proud of the work that you do
- You have the ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- Must have a valid Class 5 license - travel is required through out the Lake Country Co-op trading area
- Must be physically fit - physical labour is required
