The Architectural Intern will be responsible for assisting the Principal and Project Manager with the design and development of a project. This includes assisting with the preparation of the project for construction, coordination with vendors, sub-contractors, and other project team members. The intern will also assist in the coordination of the construction process, including coordination with vendors, sub-contractors, and other project team members. The intern will also assist in coordinating with other project team members.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Assist in the preparation of design documents for construction.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings for construction.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and other project team members.
- Coordinate with other project team members.
- Assist in the coordination of construction process, including coordination with vendors, sub-contractors, and other project team members.
- Assist in coordinating with other project team members.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages for bid submission to clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals for clients to review and approve.
- Assist in preparing design documents for construction.
- Assist in preparing specifications for construction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Principal and Project Manager or Project Manager on assignments from time to time as needed.
Required Skills**:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**
Required Qualifications**:Experience working on residential projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
