Reporting to the Director of HRIS, the HRIS Analyst/Intern will support HR system operation and HRIS projects as part of HR's initiatives. The HRIS Analyst/Intern will be responsible for providing data management support to HR team related to HR Systems primarily on HR database and information, ensuring HR data are in compliance with current Human Resources programs and policies. Supporting HR system-related projects for the continued implementation of Human Resources technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support data management by administration of daily HRIS operational processes,generating reports and conducting data analysis
- Provide user support and assist in issue resolution when HR function is impacted by HR data through performing solution management process of gathering and validating data, root
- cause analysis, testing with proposed solutions and presenting recommendation
- Support the maintenance of HR data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the development of standardized processes, dashboard and reports to be used on an ongoing basis
- Document and maintain thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures
- Assist the Project Manager to gather, test and document deliverables for upcoming initiatives
- related to HR system enhancements
- Performs adhoc tasks as required from time to time

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 0-2 years working experience in Human Resources Information Systems (i.e. SuccessFactors, UKG, EC payroll etc) with system integration understanding of cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the HR system platform.
- Experience in data management (exposure working with the HR Team and HR Partners i.e. Finance, IT is an advantage)
- Familiar with system integration to ensure data integrity to downstream processes that feeds other systems like S4 HANA ERP, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefit and other integrations requiring HR demographics
- Experience with report writing and database management.
