Job Title: External Academic Affairs Officer + Brand Ambassador
Position Overview: The External Academic Affairs Officer is a pivotal role responsible for fostering and maintaining external relationships with stakeholders such as educational institutions, vendors, and industry partners on behalf of NIWE Academy. This role entails proactive outreach efforts to high schools, trade shows, salon/spas, and other relevant entities to promote the academy's programs and initiatives. Additionally, the officer will establish and nurture partnerships with core vendors and provide support in managing relationships with prospective trainees awaiting enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with high schools, trade shows, and salon/spas to promote NIWE Academy's programs and offerings.
- Vendor Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with core vendors to enhance the academy's resources and offerings.
- Prospective Trainee Support: Conduct follow-up communications with trainees who have registered but are awaiting enrollment, providing assistance and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including educational institutions, vendors, and industry partners, to support the academy's objectives and initiatives.
- Customer Service Enhancement: Assist in enhancing customer service by providing proactive support to prospective trainees and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate participation in trade shows, community events, and other relevant gatherings to promote NIWE Academy and expand its reach.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of outreach activities, partnership agreements, and communication with external stakeholders, and provide regular reports to management on engagement efforts and outcomes.
- Executive Assistant - managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, they often serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. Executive assistants play a vital role in helping executives focus on strategic tasks by taking care of various administrative duties and tasks, thereby contributing to the organization's effectiveness and success.
- Weekend Brand Ambassador (Front Desk) - handle incoming calls, manage appointments, and assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and maintaining office supplies. Their role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Front desk receptionists play a crucial role in providing a positive first impression of the company and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or related field.
- Proven experience in outreach, relationship management, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
- Passion for education and a commitment to promoting access to learning opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
