If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a quality organization with a strong management team, we have a **permanent full-time **vacancy for a **Manager, Residential Services** with a **July 2023 start date**.
- Overall management and supervision of a portfolio of programs within Community Living Kingston and District’s Residential Services Division, including various group living arrangements;
- Overall system planning and ongoing organizational reform, ensuring responsiveness to changing individual and family needs, in consultation with senior management staff;
- Participation in the development and implementation of management information systems;
- Direct supervision of Coordinators (supervisory staff);
- Assuming a leadership role in supporting accreditation, staff education and developing an ongoing quality improvement process for the organization, in consultation with other management colleagues;
- Overseeing the development and implementation of individual plans and outcomes for persons served are additional key responsibilities;
- Other duties in the Residential Services Division, as assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven achievements in promoting the goals and mission of the community living movement;
- A post-secondary degree, with at least two years management experience in human/developmental services;
- Demonstrated core competencies in the following areas: advocating for others, creative problem solving and decision making, developing and fostering independence in others, holding people accountable, leading others, managing change, relationship/network building, resource management and strategic thinking;
- Practical experience working with programs of support for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in support of a consultative, team-oriented management style, coupled with a sophisticated knowledge of organizational culture, reform, strategic planning, quality improvement and stakeholder collaboration;
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
