Classroom Floater

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Covering Lead program staff's planning time and days off.
- Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Help with Cleaning of the classrooms
- Assist with transtions
- Laundry and centre wide duties
- Adapt to different classroom settings as needed, demonstrating flexibility in approach.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred, but not neccessary.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude and the ability to create an inclusive environment for all students.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
