**Job Description**:
You will play a key role in promoting our brand, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring both employee and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include marketing initiatives, social media management, HR support, job site collaboration, and fostering meaningful relationships with customers and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Marketing:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Create compelling marketing content for various platforms, including online and print materials.
- Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and reach target audiences.

Employee Engagement:

- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost team morale and unity.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding, training, and professional development.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and implement improvements.

Social Media Management:

- Manage all social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering community interactions.
- Conduct interviews with team members to showcase their expertise and experiences.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies for increased engagement.

HR Support:

- Assist HR with recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain and improve employee policies and procedures.
- Support HR in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Site Collaboration:

- Work closely with managers during job site visits to better understand operations and team needs.
- Act as a liaison between on-site teams and the broader organization to facilitate smooth communication.

Customer and Employee Relationship Building:

- Foster positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions and exceptional service.
- Engage with employees to understand their needs, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Creative mindset and an eye for innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement strategies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for job site visits.

**Salary**: $40,777.51-$80,891.76 per year
