**Together we will be**:working together to support the operations teams in reducing downtime and increasing production.

**Who you are**:CNC Helper, who can help our CNC Operators at the Night Shift. A proven problem solver with a passion for working on state of art CNC machines. Produces machined part by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC). Helping the operators at all needs in the night shift.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure CNC machine runs efficiently; completes all prestart inspections and set up for daily production.
- Help CNC Operators lifting materials, set up, organizing and cleaning.
- Packing Materials, sorting and moving between departments.
- Quality control checks.
- Preparing materials to go into CNC Machines.
- Removing waste from or around the machines.
- Coordinating with the CNC Operators.
- Meets or exceed reasonable targets and company’s quality standards.
- Troubleshoot CNC Machine when needed.
- Develop effective relationships and facilitate good communication between key departments.
- Completes a daily production report.
- Performs daily regular maintenance (i.e. cleaning) on CNC machine and work area.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Minimum 6 months experience
- Ability to interpret drafting/engineering drawings and documents as related to manufacturing processes.
- Ability to use a measuring tape and interpret both Metric and Imperial units.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Maximum 50 pound's lifting.

Lifting materials and bending involved.

**Shift**: Night Shift

**Time**: 5:00 pm to 3:30 am ( 10 hours from Monday to Thursday )

**Employment status**: 3 months contract to permanent position based on performance and business need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
