- N-20-23The Pembroke Regional Hospital has a requirement for one (1) Dietary Supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the dietary department, including liaising with the clinical units on a regular basis.

They will also be responsible for:

- Providing leadership, guidance and support to a multifunctional team to ensure a high level of quality and timely service is delivered to all customers.
- Assisting with fiscal management of department budget, contracts and project costs

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Two year Diploma in Food Services, Nutrition Management, or equivalent or willingness to completed
- Demonstrated knowledge of production and delivery of nutritional service in a healthcare facility
- Current experience working in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated experience with infection control cleaning, teaching and monitoring in a kitchen environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of production and delivery of nutritional service in a healthcare facility
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills - including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Demonstrated effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and team build
- Demonstrated commitment to patient and staff safety
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism is an asset
