**Location**: 31894 Marshall Road | Abbotsford, BC

**General Description of Role**: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shipping Clerk is accountable for invoicing customers for product ordered through the order desk and administratively preparing for delivery and pick-ups. Position codes, invoices, process warehouse releases and stock transfers, balances carrier account, maintains customer account inventory levels and processes export documentation and government forms.

**Main Duties**:

- Accountable for processing invoices and inter-company orders.
- Accountable for data entry of raw and FFP product, tub, and pallet inventories.
- Accountable for maximizing service levels and maintaining relationships with customer base.
- Preparing reports and documentation.
- Accountable for communicating with all the teams and vendors for supply management.
- Runs the office admin task effectively.
- Assist HR for admin work.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 diploma, data entry experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Previous Office admin/shipping experience an asset.
