**Head of Marketing** on a
**fixed-term contract (January-April 2023) **to play a key role in our rapid North American expansion.

**Your Mission**:

- Lead the execution of all mapped Q1 2023 marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, paid media, SEO, PR, and events
- Drive accelerated customer and revenue growth through our core organic & paid channels
- Work cross-functionally with Sales to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities; use pipeline KPIs to optimize planned and in-market campaigns
- Grow brand awareness and interest against clear KPIs while adopting a data-centric approach to constantly learn and adapt to new stimuli
- Experiment with new and existing platforms to drive growth, capture untapped buying audiences, and retarget cart abandoners/dormant opportunities
- Develop a crystal clear understanding of Boxhub’s B2C/B2B/B2E consumer journeys, creating (and continually optimizing) the right marketing mix for each
- Funnel your experience and analytical skills into campaign optimization plans that enact data-driven learnings

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years marketing experience, with a focus on performance/growth disciplines
- 2-3 years in a hands-on marketing management position
- Extensive experience working in start-up/scale-up environments
- Demonstrable experience in actioning growth strategies with a data-focused mentality
- Demonstrable experience (and results) in performance marketing campaign management
- Solid working knowledge of performance reporting, SEO, and affiliate management tools, in addition to full G-suite
- Hands-on experience building CRM workflows
- Hands-on experience in CMS management
