**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Process phone calls, manage reservations, and assist guests with their needs using phone systems.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling inquiries with professionalism (phone etiquette).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse guests.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
