**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and present findings to support business leaders in making informed decisions.
- Play a key role in the monthly consolidation process, comprising multiple entities in different countries and currencies.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the budgeting process.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances to budget and forecasts.
- Analyze cost structures and cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic planning exercises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, advice, and support for business initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems and databases, performing periodic reconciliations and validations.
- Assist in implementation of FP&A tools.
- Participate in special projects as required.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macros/Pivots/Functions), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with various information technology and financial systems; NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI is a strong asset.
- University degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA); is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Strong work ethic and standards. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and conciseness, with strong technical and analytical skills.
- You embrace frequent changes and enjoy building flexible systems to support the changes.
- Tech industry experience is preferred, especially within a SaaS environment.
- Experience preparing board packages, including complicated slide packages to convey information to the ELT and Board of Directors.
