**Responsibilities of a Prep Cook include**:

- Clean, cut and properly store produce
- Prepare and package snack items & cold salads
- Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
- Setting & restocking stations
- Assisting prep cooks with food production
- Washing dishes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Food Safe Level 1 is **mandatory**:

- First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Can work independently and with a team
- Must have a strong grasp of the English language - written and spoken
- Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am-12pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
