Armour Transportation is looking for an Terminal Admin Clerk to join our team based in Bridgewater, NS

Job Responsibilities:

- Timely & accurate data entry
- Driver Check-In/Check-Out
- Undelivered report/daily coding
- POD compliance
- On-Time Delivery reporting
- Customer requests; i.e. tracing
- OS&D Process, including dock checks
- AR Miscellaneous/ Cash Collects
- Terminal deposits
- Credit card payments
- Scanning & filing of paperwork; i.e. BOLs, PODs
- Dispatch support
- Office supply orders
- Attend any preplanned calls, meetings; i.e. Terminal Admin calls
- Plan for timely delivery and pick up of freight, meeting any appointments or special requests by utilizing tools provided, i.e. KPI dispatch screen
- Communicate expectations to driver at time of dispatch and ensure driver is equipped with all paperwork and information required to complete a job successfully including load assignments via satellite
- Ensure delivery trucks are properly manifested before departure
- Work closely with Dispatch, Dock, Drivers and other departments/terminals to communicate customer requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Industry related experience
- CITT, Industry certification considered an asset
- Experience and understanding of TMW system is considered an asset
- Understanding of Microsoft office
- Strong typing skills
