- Managing a team of 2-3 administrative staff (working part time) and a team of 8-10 practitioners with different modalaties.
- Managing resources based on budgets provided by the senior management.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in managing overall clinic operations, managing resources, Insurance and EMR billings, Insurance claims, and account reconciliations with insurance companies on weekly basis.
- Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with medical staff and other internal and external partners.
- Staff scheduling, practitioners scheduling, Booking and Billing, managing our EMR system, accurately manage and track all intakes, new bookings, and waitlist.
- Ensure all the potential clients are called on timely basis and per schedule, all the regular clients are taken care off, called for follow ups per schedule and as required, etc.
- Maintain and handle personal health information in accordance with provincial regulations, work in partnership with the Clinic Director to fulfill any administrative duties required for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, maintain a comprehensive understanding of all clinic operations, follow all procedures, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by offering input, feedback, and recommendations to improve processes, quality, and operations, etc.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
