- **Days: 2-3 days a week (Flexible)**_
- **Hours: 12 hours weekly (Flexible with start times)**_
- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not limited to: community engagement, support on outings, encouragement of independent life skills (cooking, planning, cleaning etc.), modeling and mentoring of healthy boundaries, planning, sourcing and participation in activities (Swimming, biking, bowling Etc..), supervision and companionship_
- **Note: there is a small dog in the home.**_
- **Rate of Pay**_: $20.24/ hour_
- **Reference No: E5**_
