This may be the role for you The Technical Manager Market Price Risk Management will quantify and mitigate financial market price risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, commodity and power in accordance with Company polices. The position will provide support for project risk assessment, forecasting & reporting requirements related to market price risks and support the coordination of Enbridge’s annual Corporate Risk Assessment.

What You Will Do:

- Structuring, pricing and execution of financial derivative transactions (swaps/options) in accordance with approved strategies and policies to mitigate foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and power price risks.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to quantify and monitor market price risks and related hedging programs.
- Leadership role in development & presentation of market price risk management updates and hedge recommendations to the Assistant Treasurer and VP Treasury, Risk & Pensions.
- Support Treasury Planning and Capital Markets teams to provide insights and support related to interest rate risk management and optimization strategies.
- Facilitate the Corporate Risk Assessment process that engages participants across Enbridge to assess and prioritize enterprise-wide risks & treatments and report to Executive Management and Committees of Enbridge Inc.’s Board of Directors.
- Support enterprise business development teams in market price risk identification and mitigation strategies including sensitivity/stress testing with respect to new investment opportunities and divestitures.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence on relevant financial markets, forecasts and economic releases to various audiences including Senior Management.
- Form relationships via regular interaction with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Commercial Development, Financial Planning & Analysis and other functional groups & business units.
- Assist in the training, coaching and mentoring of other Market Price Risk Management team members.

Who You Are:

- 10 or more years of directly related market price risk management, treasury or finance experience.
- Business/Finance undergraduate degree (CFA designation or MBA considered an asset).
- Highly analytical individual with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, meet tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
