We currently have an opening for an ambitious **Site Superintendent** for our **Dawson Creek Hospital Project**. This full-time project-based position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

Location: Project Site Specific (Dawson Creek, BC)

As a **Site Superintendent** with AccessSMT and CP Distributors, you will play a key role in our branch operations by providing onsite supervision and guidance to installers. Executing both service and installation services ensuring the product is installed or serviced on time, within budget and in conformance with functional and quality expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the service and install team and project manager(s) to oversee day-to-day project activities.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the safety requirements of the job site and verify protocols are properly followed.
- Assist with quality control and ensure project deliverables are successfully met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to meet timelines and verify compliance with the scope of the job, workplace health and safety, and environmental quality.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and report them.
- Maintain client relations by communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally, you bring 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the commercial construction industry.
- Extensive experience with the service and installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and an overall familiarity of Division 8, 10, and 28 scopes of work is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to see projects through the full construction life cycle from estimating, procurement, installation, and successful turnover to clients.
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
