**What you will do**
- Patrol all areas of the property, including much of the outdoor space as well as nearby lodges.
- Draft incident reports explaining in detail events that occur throughout the day on a regular basis.
- Interact with our guests and colleagues in an effort to improve their experience.
- Identify, monitor, and proactively act to mitigate risks to safety, security, or the guest and colleague experience.
- Manage accidents and assist guests and employees in emergency situations.
- Defuse guest disturbances and escort people off the property when necessary.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence and facilitate interviews with involved parties.
- Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documentation.
- Be prepared to respond to all emergency situations or accidents simultaneously;
- Develop strong relationships throughout the organization, creating a sense of trust and support.
- Perform all other related duties.

**Profile required**
- Fluently bilingual both written and spoken (French and English);
- Minimum high school diploma, with a preference for post-secondary education in a related discipline;
- Possession of a valid security guard license and first aid card;
- Be in good physical health;
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours;
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, calm under pressure.
- Security experience (asset);
- Experience in hospitality and/or customer service (asset);

**Salary**

According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Work schedule**

Full time: 40 hours per week with a variable schedule day, evening, night and weekend. Availability mandatory for fridays and saturdays
