**HAPPINESS HERO (aka Sales & Marketing Coordinator)**

**_ No experience necessary _**_This role is _**_in-person_**_ at our Calgary, AB headquarters, _**_providing stellar support to our Sales & Marketing Teams_**_. You’ll take care of the little things so they can take care of the big things - they can’t do it without you_

**YOUR MISSION**

Reporting to the Demand Champion (aka Brand Manager) and working closely with the Product Development Lead, **the Happiness Hero will support the Righteous Sales & Marketing teams with rockstar experiences for our fans and partners** - everything you touch turns to gold You’ll make everything shine with top notch administrative support, seamless E-comm and curbside pickup experiences, the bits and bobs that make our Sales and Trade Shows awesome, and the best customer service for our fans during Tour & Tastings and Gelato Academies.

Each interaction is a chance to share a bit about who we are, what our product is, and what we do for the community With you supporting the Sales & Marketing teams, they’ll rest easy knowing they can concentrate on growing our opportunities to enrich people's lives.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE - YOUR ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Live the brand and our 8 core virtues & evangelize our delicious creations with passion in everything you do.
- Demonstrate commitment and involvement in our pursuit of making the world more awesome through participation in our Social Good and Environmental programs, events, initiatives and goals
- Follow Righteous Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices and Food Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures

**Sales & Marketing Administration**
- Confidently **execute all Shopify & Internal e-comm orders**, including manage inventory, take care of supplies like dry ice & packaging, manage couriers, and knock the socks off everyone you interact with through your Righteous spirit.
- **Take care of the little things**, so the team can worry about big things. This is a little bit of everything, no task is too small for you. This could include anything from answering the phone, filling out Sales Shows order forms, picking up milk for coffee, assisting with the lunch program, light cleaning duties, updating spreadsheets, and packing up holiday decorations.

**Righteous Fan Experience Support**
- Coordinate Gelato Academies by registering guests for classes and managing online store inventory, while delivering world class customer service
- Assist hosting Gelato Academies through tours of our facility and tasting experiences, evangelizing the Righteous story
- Booking private classes, which includes everything from handling initial planning and communication, invoicing guests, and preparing for the class
