Superviseur/superviseure, responsabilités clés:
Assurer un haut niveau de service à la clientèle pour les rayons assignés (espèces, articles de mode, biens durables ou épicerie):
- Superviser les activités quotidiennes;
- Former les associés de rayon et leur communiquer les politiques et procédures quotidiennement;
- P. ex., sur les questions relatives aux UGS et aux prix, sur l’impression des affiches et des étiquettes et sur le fonctionnement de l’unité RF.
- Effectuer les commandes et le réapprovisionnement de la marchandise;
- Gérer une équipe au sein des rayons assignés tout en assurant une collaboration interfonctionnelle;
- Assurer l’exécution du système TG (politiques, procédures, normes) par tous les associés;
- Prendre les mesures appropriées et formuler des recommandations fondées sur l’analyse de la zone assignée;
- Diriger les activités de techniques marchandes;
- Suivre les pratiques exemplaires lors de la réception et du traitement des marchandises;
- Préparer les activités de gestion des stocks et y participer (p. ex., compte cyclique);
- Fournir des commentaires au propriétaire/gérant du magasin sur la planification et la quantification;
- Résoudre rapidement et professionnellement les plaintes des clients.
- Effectuer l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin en rotation.
- Participer activement et entretenir les relations avec la communauté locale du magasin.
- Aider le propriétaire/gérant du magasin avec les tâches et projets supplémentaires;
- Veiller au respect des politiques et des lignes directrices en matière de santé et de sécurité.
- S’assurer que l’aire de travail de la caisse est propre et organisée.
- S’assurer que les pratiques exemplaires en matière de prévention des pertes sont suivies.
- Veiller au respect de toutes les politiques lors de la vente de produits du tabac et de loterie.

Superviseur/superviseure, exigences du poste:

- Motivateur/chef d’équipe éprouvé;
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe;
- Compétences efficaces en matière de service à la clientèle, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles (avec les employés, les clients, les fournisseurs et d’autres tiers);
- Aptitudes organisationnelles et de planification exceptionnelles;
- Excellentes aptitudes en techniques marchandes et analytiques;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de vente au détail ou expérience équivalente chez Giant Tiger en tant que détenteur de clés.

Superviseur/superviseure, horaire de travail:
Temps plein : 40 heures par semaine. Quarts de jour, deux soirs par semaine, et l’alternance de fins de semaine.

- Effectuer des tâches répétitives nécessitant un éventail de mouvements des mains.
- S’étirer au-dessus des épaules et sous la taille.
- Utiliser de l’équipement, y compris une échelle.
