You’ll be working with customers from all walks of life, from small business owners to large corporations, and advising them on the best solutions for their unique needs. As a Bobcat Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Equipment World’s growth, driving sales and building relationships that will last a lifetime.

The Bobcat Sales Specialist reports to the Branch Manager, and is responsible for promoting Bobcat Equipment sales, attachments, and rentals by actively pursuing new business while maintaining the current customer base. You will represent the company in the community and maintain Equipment World Inc.’s commitment to outstanding customer service in your everyday duties and responsibilities.
- Assess client’s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate equipment
- Answer customer inquiries in a quick and effective manner (utilizing quotation system/templates)
- Estimate and quote process, freight, credits, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates of product
- Utilize Bobcat portal including - Power lease / Sales / Ordering etc.
- Assist in marketing for customer development (in conjunction with marketing department)
- Provide input into product add-ons where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients needs
- Consult with clients after sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Seeking individuals who demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, networking skills, problem solving capabilities and are self-motivated.

Bobcat University Training will be part of onboarding.

Regional travel to the surrounding areas is required.

**Base Salary**: $43,500 + Uncapped Commission potential.

**Experience**:
